Morgan Motor Group is searching for an HR & Admin Assistant to join the HR and Compliance Team. The team is on a group level and provides assistance to multiple dealerships within the group.

The preferred candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

  1. Experience on Sage VIP (Classic) Payroll will be an advantage
  2. Experience with MIBCO would be an advantage
  3. Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  4. Self-motivator
  5. Attention to Detail
  6. Able to work in a pressurized, fast-paced environment
  7. Ability to multi-task
  8. Passionate about administrative tasks
  9. Take own initiative
  10. Fast learner
  11. Driver's lisence

 

The Key Performance Areas for this role will be as follows, but not limited to:

  1. Payroll administration and basic capturing
  2. Load employees on SAGE VIP
  3. Capture leave forms
  4. Print and pull reports and payslips
  5. Manage employee files
  6. Assist employees with basic payroll queriers
  7. SAF claims
  8. Assist Compliance Manager with B-BBEE, Health and Safety, Employment Equity and Skills Development printing and other administrative duties
  9. Assist Group HR Manager and Admin Manager with printing and other administrative tasks (multiple companies)
  10. Loading of payments on ABSA and FNB
  11. Filing - multiple companies
  12. Processing 
  13. General Administration
  14. Manage office supplies
  15. etc.
