Morgan Motor Group is searching for an HR Generalist to join the HR and Compliance Team. The team is on a group level and provides assistance to multiple dealerships within the group.

The preferred candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

  1. Human Resources Degree or Related Degree
  2. 3-5 Years' experience with in an HR Generalist role
  3. 1-2 Years' experience in payroll
  4. At least 2 years experience with the full B-BBEE function
  5. Experience on Sage VIP (Classic) Payroll will be an advantage
  6. Experience with MIBCO would be an advantage
  7. Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  8. Self-motivator
  9. Attention to Detail
  10. Able to work in a pressurized, fast-paced environment
  11. Ability to multi-task
  12. Passionate about administrative tasks
  13. Take own initiative
  14. Fast learner
  15. Driver's lisence

 

The Key Performance Areas for this role will be as follows, but not limited to:

  1. Provide HR and IR Support to Dealerships
  2. Process Payroll for Dealerships
  3. Provide support with B-BBEE Monitoring and Implementation
  4. Provide support with Employment Equity
  5. Provide support with Skills Development
  6. Provide support with Occupational Health and Safety
