Main Purpose of Job

The successful candidate will have to ensure the profitability of the Service Department. The successful candidate will furthermore be responsible for ensuring manufacturer and dealership targets are met. Lastly the candidate will ensure that the quality of service is of the required standard.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required

  • Grade 12 or tertiary education required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Service or Workshop Manager.
  • Technical capabilities would be an advantage. 
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Self-driven and ability to drive targets.
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clear criminal record

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure Quality of Service are met as well as Profitability.
  • Manage workshop flow.
  • Handle all workshop related issues.
  • Liaise with OEM
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies.
  • Manage Team for High Performance Culture.
